Lay on the floor and have someone else hold the tooth by the crown of the tooth, orient it properly and have them push it back into the socket. At the same time, lift your feet in the air to help distract you. Keep holding it in place for 30 minutes and call us so we can splint it in place for a few weeks. If you cannot get the tooth back in the socket, place it in milk and call us right away.
